State of the Union – a Valentine to my husband

A lot of people don’t like Valentine’s Day. It’s all hype made up by the card companies, etc.
It puts too much pressure on people to do something they may not be comfortable with in their relationships…yet.

I am just using it as a reminder to be a little nicer to my dear sweet husband.
My kids get a little treat, and maybe some flowers will enter the house.

There are a lot of letterpress blocks and rubber stamps in this bowl.
I pick them up at flea markets. They are usually my family initials, favorite numbers, etc.

There is one special grouping of blocks that I made today in honor of the approaching Valentine’s Day. Can you find it? ( hint: my husband’s name is Jim )

I hope you all find someone to be sweet to on Thursday. I will be making Turkey Tetrazzini.
